I had minor leaks on my entryway roof. I got quotes from 5-6 different companies in the area. One even tried to persuade me to replace the whole roof to fix one small area! BAH. Duluth Roofing Company was not only the most competitive quote, they were the fastest to respond and get someone out to do an inspection. They made the choice easy. Highly recommend.

Great communication and the new roof looks good too. They did a good job of explaining what was happening when they ran into unexpected problems. We have a flat roof on an addition to our house and it was a little tricky finding a company who would take on the job, but they did and it turned out great.

Duluth Roofing Company recently replaced my entire roof and the process, from start to finish, was great! Communication and response time were very important to me when considering a company to work with. Aaron w/Duluth Roofing, was great in both areas, providing same day response time with answers to my questions and information that helped during each step of the way. I originally called Duluth Roofing in the spring after having an issue with water getting into the house. A couple days after the call, they were on-site inspecting the roof. I filed an insurance claim at the same time and let Duluth Roofing know I was waiting on the claim to be resolved before starting any work. I also let Aaron know I was concerned with more water getting in through the roof while waiting on the insurance claim and he recommended having a crew come out and tarp the roof to help prevent more damage. I agreed to the temporary fix and there was a crew on-site first thing the next morning tarping the roof! Well, it took almost 2 months for the insurance claim to be resolved and I was worried that Duluth Roofing's schedule would be pretty booked. After reaching out and expressing my concern with timing they were able to get a crew on-site in less than 2 weeks! Better yet, they were able to replace the entire roof in one day! Great work all around! If you're looking for a roofing company, I highly recommend Duluth Roofing.

Aaron, Luke and Brandon at Duluth Roof were absolutely great to work with. They were professional in every interaction starting with my first call to the shop. They took time and looked at my project from different angles, provided several options and worked with me to determine the best approach. For more context, our project site was over 100 miles away from Duluth, the structure itself is more than 120 years old and entirely off-grid. Duluth Roof didn't blink at the distance or the lack of power. Having inspected the finished job first hand, I am really happy with how everything turned out. I would absolutely work with them again.

Duluth Roofing was a great experience for me. It started with Brandon walking me through all the materials that would be used. He took all my questions around the roofing and waterproofing process as well as the heating coils that were to be placed. The crew working on my home were very clean and respectful. Duluth Roofing was amazing to work with. We had a terrible experience with a different company in the area and Duluth Roofing was a breath of fresh air. They were prompt on assessing the roof, they communicated with us all the time and were affordable. They didnt only do the patch we requested, they also fixed some other imperfections that we had not noticed. I will be using them in the future and insist others do the same.
