I have had experiences with about three other roofing companies in the past, but this was my first experience with Duluth Roofing. They came onsite within 24 hours of our request, inspected our leak concern, and provided us with three different repair options. They followed up with detailed quotes via PDF documents sent by email.
We chose to remove the non-functional chimney and have them patch the hole, match the existing shingles, add valley metal, and caulk other areas of concern. Despite encountering some unexpected issues on my roof, they completed the work within six hours. They cleaned up the site so well that I virtually didn't know they were even there.
Duluth Roofing offers a payment plan option through their website and accepts credit cards. If I have roofing needs in the future, I will definitely be calling them again. They are very professional and competitively priced.

My contacts with the people in the organization were professional, timely and cheerful. The roof repair happened quickly and successfully. The roof replacement was done on time and on budget. It looks wonderful. I fully expect it will be water tight.

Very satisfied with the final product. They were able to get our project done much sooner than expected (five days after scheduling), which helped us out a lot since we had a leak coming from the roof. In addition, they installed a vent system that goes across the top seam that not only looks WAY better than what was originally was there, but also is said to provide better ventilation.
Great work overall and we appreciated the professionalism/expertise. Would highly recommend!

Very happy with Duluth Roofing. Good communication and price was competitive. Crew was professional and did a great job. Called a few companies that I will simply say are bigger because we all see ads from them all over. One never got back to me, one promised to get back to me with a price within a day and I never heard back from them, and the third one I wouldn't have trusted to take out my trash let alone replace a roof. Duluth Roofing is clearly far more professional.

Duluth Roofing Company recently replaced my entire roof and the process, from start to finish, was great! Communication and response time were very important to me when considering a company to work with. Aaron w/Duluth Roofing, was great in both areas, providing same day response time with answers to my questions and information that helped during each step of the way. I originally called Duluth Roofing in the spring after having an issue with water getting into the house. A couple days after the call, they were on-site inspecting the roof. I filed an insurance claim at the same time and let Duluth Roofing know I was waiting on the claim to be resolved before starting any work. I also let Aaron know I was concerned with more water getting in through the roof while waiting on the insurance claim and he recommended having a crew come out and tarp the roof to help prevent more damage. I agreed to the temporary fix and there was a crew on-site first thing the next morning tarping the roof!
Well, it took almost 2 months for the insurance claim to be resolved and I was worried that Duluth Roofing's schedule would be pretty booked. After reaching out and expressing my concern with timing they were able to get a crew on-site in less than 2 weeks! Better yet, they were able to replace the entire roof in one day! Great work all around! If you're looking for a roofing company, I highly recommend Duluth Roofing.
